Are you looking for a new and exciting way to stay active? Join the Adult Gymnastics Open Gyms at Shooting Starz Gymnastics! Whether you're a former gymnast, a cheerleader, or completely new to the sport, this program is perfect for you. The classes are taught by experienced instructors, Ms. Joelle and Ms. Becky, who are ready to guide you through fun gym routines and exercises. Participants will have the chance to try out new skills or revisit old ones, with options to practice on various equipment, including trampolines.

Sessions start with a group stretch to ensure everyone is warmed up and ready to go. This is followed by a variety of gymnastics activities tailored to different skill levels. The environment is supportive and fun, making it the perfect opportunity to meet new friends and engage in a healthy, enjoyable activity.

Classes are held every Wednesday from 7:30 to 8:30 pm for four consecutive weeks: September 11th, September 25th, October 2nd, and October 9th. The cost is $15 per session, and you can join for as many sessions as you want. Remember to bring a water bottle, comfortable clothing, and note that no socks or shoes are allowed during the session.
